\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\tMySkills Academy is continuing to share, for free, working tips for your future <\/span>application<\/span> \ud83d\ude42 It is important to realize that each company is unique and small changes can make the difference when you <\/span>write a <\/span>Cover Letter<\/span>.<\/span><\/p> Here are some advices, but pay attention to the example below<\/strong> to understand the structure and content of Cover Letter:<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t 1. <\/span>The design<\/strong> of your <\/span>Cover Letter<\/span> should be similar (not same)<\/strong> to your CV. Thus, the reader will see that it\u2019s a separate part and the <\/span>application<\/span> is well-organized.<\/span><\/p> 2. Always put your contact details in the header<\/strong> (upper part of the <\/span>Cover Letter<\/span>). We recommend writing your name, e-mail address and phone number. The HR team will be grateful for this while reviewing your <\/span>application<\/span> \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p> 3. Add also the name of the company<\/strong> you are applying to in the upper part of the <\/span>Cover Letter.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t 1. Start with a short Intro<\/strong>, followed by the reason of your <\/span>application<\/span> (e.g. company\u2019s innovations and field of activities).<\/span><\/p> 2. Then write a short paragraph to convince them<\/strong>. If your former experience fits to the position, tell it here in the beginning of your <\/span>application<\/span>. If not – use it as your strength, e.g. \u201cI always try to learn something new, because I want to develop myself as a specialist. That is why I am sure that I will be able to do all the required daily tasks\u201d.<\/span><\/p> 3. The <\/span>Cover Letter<\/span> template<\/span> should contain your current situation and background<\/strong>. Preferably, finish logically your background with few words about your <\/span>application<\/span> to the company and your expectations.<\/span><\/p> 4. When you <\/span>write a <\/span>Cover Letter<\/span>, don\u2019t forget to mention all the benefits<\/strong>, which the company will obtain after hiring you (e.g. your core competencies, some skills, knowledge etc). DON\u2019T copy-paste<\/strong> information from CV to your <\/span>Cover Letter.<\/span><\/p> 5. Summarize with your availability<\/strong> and add a nice final sentence to your <\/span>Cover Letter.<\/span><\/p> 6. Add the signature<\/strong> in the very end of your <\/span>Cover Letter<\/span> template<\/span> – it\u2019s very important and shows that you have put some effort.<\/span><\/p> 7. Save your time – <\/span>write a Cover Letter template<\/strong> but do it personalized! The information should be applicable for all companies.
