To get access to the Helpling platform we offer our free Virtual Intro Training. Our training is the best preparation for you before your first job using online platforms for household services! During our training you will get very useful information about Helpling and the App. You will learn how to set up an attractive online profile and the skills needed to be a good household assistant and learn how to deal with demanding customers. 

Please be aware that your can only access the Virtual Training with the Email you mention in your purchase. You will receive your log-in data within 30 minutes after you signed up from etraining@myskillsacademy.de. Please check your inbox, as well as you spam!

What are your next steps?

– Please follow the link it your email and set your own password
– Complete all individual sections in the virtual training and make sure you answer all questions (you can pause and proceed at any time)
– Afterwards it takes up to 1 business day to process your success in our virtual training to Helpling
– We will inform you as soon as you can upload your documents
